Are you a writer, journalist, photographer, graphic designer, public relations specialist, marketer, or member of any other communication-related field in the Omaha area? Are you seeking camaraderie while you expand your professional network? Or are you a freelancer or long-term employee who wants to broaden their connections? Then grab your business cards and join us for a fun and fruitful evening of getting to know one another and learning more about the Nebraska Press Women and our new Omaha group!

Nebraska Press Women’s Omaha Network event will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Swanson Library, 90th and Dodge, in the downstairs meeting room. The event is free for all Omaha-area communicators and includes light snacks, beverages and door prizes.

Omaha women communicators are impressively talented professionals with much to share based on their experiences, stories and connections. By sharing knowledge within the Omaha network, everyone benefits, ultimately taking with them valuable career tips, new associations and other assets, no matter what age or career stage. And we aren’t exclusive! It’s OK to bring a guest or come just to see what’s happening.

The event is hosted by Nebraska Press Women Omaha members, representing Nebraska Press Women around the state.

RSVPs are appreciated by April 4, but are not necessary. If you wish to RSVP or have questions, please email jknightfreelancing@gmail.com
